Which one is right for me?
Already fixed on one street? Single Brief. Comparing a handful of streets, or working a search over a few months? The Pass pays for itself after two briefs. Need evidence for one specific property, timed to a viewing? Property Brief.
Is the Pass a subscription?
No. It’s a single one-off payment that unlocks everything for 90 days, then simply expires — no recurring charge, nothing to cancel.
What happens after 90 days?
Access to what you bought ends — that applies to all three tiers. If you want to keep referring back to a brief, you can extend access, or simply save a copy of the page for your own records before it expires.
Why does one capture cost the same as it did for someone else?
A single visit can be unlocked by multiple buyers over its life, so the price reflects that shared cost rather than a one-visit-one-buyer price.
What if my street hasn’t been captured yet?
Check the catalogue. New streets are added as they’re visited — a Pass covers any street added during your 3 months, too.
What can I see before I buy?
The catalogue shows every street’s overall score and verdict, so you know what you’re buying before you pay. The full breakdown, capture map, and field observations unlock with purchase or an active Pass.
How is this different from an estate agent’s listing?
LocationPulse has no financial interest in whether you buy, rent, or walk away. The same evidence is shown regardless of what it means for a sale.
