LocationPulse is an independent, street-level property intelligence service covering Edinburgh. Every brief is built from a real, in-person visit — noise measured on a decibel meter, traffic and parking observed directly, upkeep noted at the time of capture. Nothing in a brief is pulled from a database, an aggregator, or a public dataset re-packaged as if it were fresh.

Every street is visited and measured in person, following the same method each time, so scores stay comparable street to street. LocationPulse is operated by O&F Ltd, a company registered in Scotland.
